After this date no refund will be made. If you wish to receive a refund before the expiration date of the voucher, you must return the voucher to us with your receipt. All refunds will be subject to a £10 handing fee. If you are unable to fly within the 12 months validity of the voucher, it may be possible to extend it for 3 months subject to a fee.</p> <p><strong><u>Restrictions</u></strong><br> <br> You must not fly if you have any of the following conditions: back problems, epilepsy, high blood pressure or heart conditions. You should also not fly if you have consumed alcohol. If you are concerned about your health and flying, please consult your doctor before booking your lesson. All our experiences are subject to height and weight restrictions. Please read the information for each type of flight before booking.</p> <p><strong><u>Weather</u></strong><br> <br> All our flying experiences are weather dependent. You must always ring us before leaving home to check on current weather conditions, however, these can sometimes change unexpectedly. If your experience is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions you will be able to re-book.</p> <p><strong><u>Availability</u></strong><br> <br> When aircraft become unavailable due to mechanical breakdown we reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions on the day. If this is not possible, we reserve the right to cancel the experience at short notice</p> <p><strong><u>Safety </u></strong><br> <br> Your safety is our priority at all times. You are welcome to bring spectators to watch your take off and landing, however, all guests must remain in the clubhouse and gardens. Children must be supervised at all times. Animals are not permitted on the premises.</p> <p><strong><u>Flights over London</u></strong><br> <br> All flights over London are subject to Air Traffic Clearance. At any time we may be refused permission to transit the London Zone.
