| Q: How long are Flying Presents Gift vouchers valid for? | |

A: All vouchers are valid for one year from issue and are fully refundable at any time during that 12-month period (after one year the voucher is no longer refundable). Vouchers must be handed in when the participant arrives at Stapleford Flight Centre. We are unable to provide the experience if the voucher is not handed in on the day. |

| Q: What facilities are available at the airfield? | |

We have a fully-licensed clubhouse that serves snacks and meals all day. What's more, the clubhouse offers a magnificent view of the airfield! |

| Q: Is it possible to watch the flight take off and land? | |
A: Yes. Spectators are welcome to watch the take-off and landing. We offer a safe, fenced garden area next to our clubhouse. |

| Q: When will I be sent my vouchers? | |
A: On purchasing this experience from this website you will be sent a Flying Presents Gift Voucher which can be personalised by you. Allow five days for postal delivery. |

| Q: When is the best time to book a Flying Presents Gift Voucher? | |
A: Stapleford Flight Centre is open seven days a week. However, we are extremely busy at weekends and so flights should ideally be booked at least three weeks in advance for these days. |
